Different from conventional high-temperature incinerators which consume massive energy and cause severe pollution, our furnace adopts proprietary low-temperature magnetic gas technology. No fossil fuels such as diesel and coal are required throughout the whole operation process. Relying on the inherent calorific value of organic matters inside waste, the equipment realizes self-circulating heating and autonomous continuous operation after stable startup, drastically cutting energy consumption and carbon emissions to fully comply with global carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

The furnace runs under a sealed micro-oxygen environment stably below 380°C, precisely avoiding the critical temperature range of 400-850°C where dioxins are massively synthesized. It fundamentally stops the generation of highly toxic dioxins and heavy metal fly ash from the reaction condition source. Equipped with a multi-stage flue gas purification system, the total exhaust emission from the chimney is reduced by more than 15 times compared with traditional incinerators. The equipment operates smokeless, odorless without odor leakage or leachate secondary pollution, with all emission parameters exceeding international environmental standards.

After magnetic field catalysis and low-temperature pyrolysis, waste volume is reduced by over 90%. The final residue is stable, harmless inert ash with heavy metals fully solidified without leakage hazards, which can be recycled as soil conditioner or road base building materials.
